BiMoDyM - Computational Methods
BiMoDyM MONETA
See Reference [1]
Modular Network Analysis, allows to localize and "visualize" the transmission of information through the network of residues of a protein, the communication pathway.

The MONETA breakthrough
Our research focuses on the identification of the proteins conformational states specific to oncogenic and/or resistant mutated forms. Inspired by the milestone concept based on the coupling of the information induced by a local perturbation (effector), we proposed in 2011
the MOdular NETwork Analysis (MONETA), a new method designed to localize the perturbation propagation throughout a protein structure (Laine et al. 2011; Allain et al. 2014].
BiMoDyM PFD
See Reference [10]
Principal Features Decomposition, classifies the motions of a protein to identify the dynamics components and to apprehend their interdependence.
BiMoDyM REVIDYM
See References [7], [8]
Virtual Reality in coupling with MD Simulation, a system to used haptic graphical interfaces for 3D interactive modelling of proteins, which have enabled the tangible interactions with force haptic feedback and the interfaces ensuring the exchange with the DM simulation tools (AMBER, GROMACS), was developed for integration in the immersive visualization environment SHIVA (http://www.digiscope.fr).
BiMoDyM ConfigScan
See Reference [15]
Configuration Scanning Analysis, allows estimation of the population (density) of conformations in the reduced space.
